Not too long ago, prior to the frigid temperatures we're currently experiencing, we met up with one of our favorite families for a photo session at one our favorite locations in Toronto - the R.C. Harris Water Treatment Facility in the beaches. We really love having no specific plan for the session and prefer to simply walk around and see what presents itself. On this day with Mark, Darrell and their kids Peyton and Sebastian, we explored some of the really cool buildings, hung out by the water and examined some rocks, played with shadows and had some fun with the leaves. It is an absolute pleasure to work with the same family over the years and help them to continue to create fun memories that can never be captured again. We can't wait to book our next family photo session with such a wonderful family!Gary + Sheena
Anna and John are such a great couple to be around and we were looking forward to their fall wedding at the Estates of Sunnybrook for quite a while. The venue is very classy but fun and has lots of layers to it that we were going to capture. But, first off, we needed to arrive early in the day to meet Anna and her bridesmaids getting ready at their hotel downtown. Lots of laughs and jokes with many small intimate moments made this a great way for us to start the day and to be around all the excitement and energy. We then had to head to the church where we spent some time taking pictures of John and his family before Anna arrived. Soon enough, the doors of the limo opened and Anna and the ladies quickly made their way up the stairs to the top of the aisle before Anna and John finally exchanged vows and welcomed their first kiss as husband and wife.On the way to the venue, Anna and John were adamant about stopping at Starbucks. I had no idea how serious they both were about their Starbucks and how much of a role it's played in their relationship. So, of course, we used this opportunity to have some fun inside and outside of the cafe capturing Anna and John enjoying every moment of their day before finally making our way to the venue. The night was full of singing, dancing and, of course the usual, giant dragons with flashing lights dancing to live drumming. It was so nice for us to meet all the families that joined Anna and John from all over the world and to be a part of a truly wonderful day. All the best to you guys!

Last week we met up with Stacey, her mother and her daughter, Sloane, for a fun generational photo session of all three ladies. We don't get a lot of requests for something like this, but after doing it and capturing 3 different generations of the same family, I think we'll start recommending them as they make for such a great way to document a growing family.Gary + Sheena
