Last weekend, Sheena and I photographed Yvonne and Jeff's wedding in Guelph, Ontario. I knew it was going to be an "interesting" day due to impending rain that was forecasted... and the drinking taking place as the groomsmen were getting ready. Jeff and his friends were a blast to shoot and it was quite challenging to find pictures of the group that did not include some form of nudity or strong male bonding. Then, it was off to the bride's parent's house to take pictures of Yvonne and her bridesmaids getting ready for the big day. After the ceremony, the rain finally showed itself. During periods of calm, Sheena and I managed to take some formal pictures of the group, however, we quickly had to reorganize and photograph the group in the rain (luckily, there were some overhead canopies at our photo location). Yvonne and Jeff were awesome and ventured out into the rain for some great photos of the two. The rest of the night was filled with dancing and food. If rain truly is a lucky forecast for newlyweds then Yvonne and Jeff will surely share a lifetime of happiness together. Congratulations!!
