Sheena and I learned a valuable lesson this weekend when rain was pretty much guaranteed for Sunday. We naturally assumed that a 90% chance of rain means that it WILL rain. Thus, we decided to set up the studio at Lauraleigh and Paul Nonis' house to photograph the two with their son, James, rather than the park, which was originally planned. The first part of the photo shoot when great until James decided that he wasn't having as much fun as everybody else. He decided to go to his room and I followed him upstairs to take some candid shots of James reading his book, talking to his book and wondering why I was there with a weird device in front of my face. Then, we thought that James would prefer to have his living room back to normal, so we removed the backdrop and took some pictures of James and his mom and dad by the window... with a nice blue sky and NO rain outside. We had a great time, as usual, and learned that the weather forcasters must shake a magic 8 ball to decide on the weather. Enjoy!
